Job Summary

Pittsburgh, PA | Wexford

• Start Date: ASAP
• Hours: Monday to Friday, shift starting at 3:45 pm and ending between 7 pm - 8 pm | Guaranteed 16 hours/week, schedule known in advance | family open to earlier start times to include additional household management duties | Option for additional hours during summer months
• Hourly Rate: $27-35
• Children: 9-year-old, 7-year-old, and 5-year-old
• Paid Vacation: One week paid of the nanny’s choice, one week paid of the family’s choice, and 1-2 paid holidays

Responsibilities and Duties

• WHO/WHAT: We’re excited to help this lively, close-knit family find an after-school nanny who can bring energy, reliability, and warmth to their bustling household. With three bright, fun-loving boys (ages 9, 7, and 5), every afternoon is an adventure—whether it’s heading to hockey practice, kicking a soccer ball in the yard, building the ultimate Lego creation, or swapping the latest Pokémon finds. These brothers are sweet, smart, and love being together, and they’re looking for a nanny who’s just as ready to join in the fun as they are. The role includes school pick-up, snacks, homework help, and driving to activities. The family appreciates a calm but upbeat presence who can keep things on track while still making space for play and laughter. For those who’d like extra hours, there’s the option to start earlier to help with household tasks like laundry, meal prep, tidying, or errands—but it’s not a requirement. Summer hours may increase if you’re open to it (the boys will have camps but will also be home for more summer adventures). A clean driving record is essential; while the family can provide a vehicle, they prefer the nanny use their own car.

The Ideal Nanny IS …Punctual, responsible, and safety-focused, with a knack for turning busy afternoons into smooth (and fun!) ones. You enjoy being active and engaged—whether cheering from the sidelines, joining in a backyard game, or helping with a tricky homework question. You’re organized, flexible with seasonal schedule changes, and a great teammate to parents. CPR certification and strong swimming skills are required as the family has a pool. Requirements and Benefits

• Nanny must have a driver's license, vehicle, and a clean driving record

• Nanny MUST have previous nanny experience for a minimum of 2 years.
