**Job Title: Injection Mold Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Injection Mold Operator who excels in both oral and written communication, and is capable of working well both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will support the organization's goals by efficiently prioritizing and planning work activities, and demonstrating high quality and productivity standards. Attention to safety and security, as well as reliability and punctuality, are critical for this role.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate injection molding machinery efficiently.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
+ Use hand tools and measurement devices accurately.
+ Communicate effectively with team members and management.
+ Ensure adherence to safety and security procedures.
+ Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
+ Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with injection mold machine operation.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
+ Proficiency in using hand tools and measurement devices.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to calculate figures and amounts, including percentages and volume.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or GED, or 2-4 years of related experience.
+ Technical schooling in machining or welding is a plus.
+ Strong basic math skills, including algebra and geometry.

**Work Environment**
Work in a cleanroom environment where special attire, including coveralls, hair nets, and booties, are provided. The team consists of 160 members, starting with a smaller group of 12. While repetitive tasks may be involved, the environment promotes teamwork and offers a comfortable dress code of jeans and closed-toe shoes.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Camarillo, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
