Sales Consultant - Job Description:

The Sales Associate initiates rapport with customers, presents appropriate vehicle choices and aftermarket products, and financing options to potential buyers. The Sales Associate is well-versed in our vehicle line-up, performance standards, inventory and accessories. A high degree of good customer service and people skills are required.

Sales Consultant - Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and make them feel at home - in person, by phone, or on our website chat.
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle from our inventory suited to their needs. Great communication & listening skills are key.
• Consult with Sales Manager to set and achieve monthly goals for personal growth and success.
• Accompany customers on test drives when needed.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to encourage networking and repeat business.
• Learn techniques of closing the sale - We Will Train.
• Complete all sales documentation for tag, title, financing, etc. efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Making walk around videos to send to customers.

Sales Consultant - Requirements:

• Outgoing and vivacious personality - An A-1 People Person.
• Sales experience in other industries is a plus.
• We will train - no dealership experience required.
• Ambition and drive to succeed and a good track record.
• Strong work ethic and ability to learn.
• Ability to set and achieve goals.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, clean background and driving record.
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
