Narkara is a new upscale casual Thai restaurant set to open in late summer, in Union Square, New York City. Our restaurant draws inspiration from the Mekhong Delta region, with a focus on the distinct flavors of Northern and Northeastern Thailand. With a seating capacity of around 140, Narkara aims to immerse guests in the vibrant culture and culinary traditions of this unique part of Thailand. 

We are currently looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our grand opening! The ideal candidates will have minimum 2 years experience in a high volume, fast paced work environment, excellent communicator, attention to detail and a team player.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Support servers and chefs by delivering dishes promptly and accurately
• Perform side-work, and any other service opening or service closing duties as required
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate food details and dish modifications clearly
• Uphold our service standards and contribute to a seamless guest experience
• Setting and maintaining the dining room environment ensuring materials are perfectly clean and organized
• Upkeep and clear tables between courses throughout the meal
• All other responsibilities assigned by Management
