To meet our growth goals, we are seeking a Sheet Metal Foreman to join our team. This position is a leadership role, responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily activities of a 2–7-person crew. The Sheetmetal Foreman will focus primarily on HVAC systems with an emphasis on ductwork.
Supervise, coordinate, and lead crews on sheet metal and ductwork installations.
Oversee daily activities to ensure quality, safety, and project timelines are met.
Make plans and estimates for labor, materials, and tools needed for each job.
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and project leadership.
Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, company policies, and project requirements.
Travel 100% of the time to work sites throughout the DMV area.
5+ years of experience in ductwork or sheetmetal installations.
Proven experience leading and supervising crews.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to problem-solve and make critical decisions on-site.
OSHA 10 certification (required).
Valid driver's license.
High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
Technical school certificate or completed apprenticeship (preferred).
