Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP HANA Lead Specialist Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP HANA implementation, administration, and optimization, and will take a leadership role in driving SAP HANA projects from design through deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP HANA system implementation, migration, and upgrade projects.
Perform system architecture design and recommend solutions to optimize performance.
Monitor and maintain SAP HANA systems, ensuring high availability and stability.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Develop and enforce best practices, standards, and procedures for SAP HANA administration.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and team members.
Manage database security, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
Work closely with SAP BASIS and other application teams to ensure seamless integration and system efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in SAP HANA system administration, development, and support.
Strong expertise in SAP HANA database architecture, modeling, and performance tuning.
Hands-on experience with SAP HANA installation, upgrades, and migrations.
Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and database optimization techniques.
Experience with cloud platforms and hybrid SAP HANA environments is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP HANA certification(s).
Experience in leading large-scale SAP HANA projects.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori, S/4HANA, and other SAP modules.
