Join Our Team as a Regional Sales Trainer – Illinois

We’re looking for a Regional Sales Trainer to hit the road in Illinois , inspire Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), and deliver impactful training that boosts membership sales .

You won’t be stuck behind a desk — you’ll be out visiting locations, building skills, refining sales delivery, and helping teams win. You’ll bring the energy, expertise, and motivation that make sales success possible.
What You’ll Do:
Travel across the Chicago market (5 sites within a 75-mile radius) + occasional trips to Central Illinois (once/month).
Deliver engaging on-site sales coaching and live role-playing.
Onboard and train new CSRs on sales techniques, membership offerings, and brand standards.
Provide targeted coaching for underperforming locations.
Host virtual training sessions via Google Meet for one-on-one and group coaching.
Partner with Sales & Marketing to align training with active campaigns.
