Now Hiring: Experienced Recruiter for Our Real Estate Team 

Are you a people person with a passion for sales, networking, and helping others succeed? If so, this opportunity might be for you. We're looking for a  Full-Time Recruiter  to help grow one of the top-performing real estate teams in the state. We represent the region's finest properties with exceptional skill, using the most innovative technologies currently available.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring that each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for the team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Proactively recruiting licensed real estate agents to join our fast-growing team via social media, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication.
• Uploading job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry.
• Hosting discovery calls, setting up interviews, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
• Maintaining clear records of all applicants, interviews, and data from applications to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private.
• Building and maintaining relationships with local real estate schools, brokerages, and industry leaders.
• Providing regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful.
• Working closely with leadership to hit monthly recruiting targets.

What We're Looking For:

• Two years of work experience recruiting or inside sales (real estate industry experience a plus).
• Outgoing, self-motivated, goal-oriented.
• Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal; active listener, clear articulation.
• Has a high level of emotional intelligence; necessary for building relationships and trust when networking.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; may be working on multiple recruiting projects at a time.
• Technical Proficiency; MS, Google, ATS, Social Media Platforms, Job Boards.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to consent to a background check.

Compensation : $60,000-$90,000/yr, salary plus bonus, depending on skills and experience.

Job Type : Full Time-specific schedule to be determined.

Location: Salt Lake City Remote: Hybrid possible after training and onboarding is complete.
