Job Description

LaSalle Network is hiring Certified Pharmacy Technicians for a fast-growing specialty pharmacy that supports patients with complex and rare diseases. This temp-to-perm opportunity offers a stable Monday through Friday schedule (typically 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) and the potential to transition into a hybrid role once converted.

You’ll be joining a high-impact team focused on improving the lives of patients who rely on personalized care, fast medication access, and precision in every detail. Equipment is provided, and training will be on-site for the first 4–6 months.

Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and prepare specialty medication orders

• Handle prescription verification and data entry with precision

• Coordinate with pharmacists, healthcare providers and payers

• Maintain detailed logs and compliance documentation

• Ensure high-quality patient support and care coordination

Pharmacy Technician Requirements:

• Active Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) required

• Ability to work onsite full-time for the first 4–6 months

• Schedule availability: Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Comfortable using pharmacy software systems

• Open to hybrid work model once transitioned to permanent
