**Overview** We are seeking a responsible and observant **Parking Attendant** to manage parking operations and enforce parking regulations within designated areas (This is a DRIVING position). This role involves monitoring parking lots and garages, assisting customers, and issuing citations for parking violations in accordance with local laws and organizational policies. **Pay:** $21.32 an hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members ( (English) ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) ( (Español) **Key Responsibilities:** + Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with posted regulations. + Issue parking citations for violations such as expired meters, unauthorized parking, and improper use of designated spaces. + Maintain accurate records of issued citations and enforcement activities. + Provide courteous assistance to customers regarding parking rules, directions, and payment systems. + Operate handheld citation devices and/or mobile apps to document violations. + Report damaged signage, malfunctioning meters, or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel. + Assist with traffic flow and event parking as needed. + Perform routine inspections of parking facilities for cleanliness and safety. + Collaborate with security or law enforcement when necessary. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Valid driver's license and clean driving record. + Previous experience in parking services, security, or customer service preferred. + Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful or confrontational situations. + Strong attention to detail and observational skills. + Basic computer and mobile device proficiency. + Ability to walk or stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions. **Working Conditions:** + Outdoor and indoor environments. + Exposure to varying weather conditions. + May require evening, weekend, or holiday shifts.
