Job Title: Operations Manager

Hourly Pay: $40 - $75/hour

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
• Develop and implement efficient operational systems, processes, and policies to improve productivity
• Monitor performance metrics and make adjustments to ensure continuous improvement
• Lead and supervise staff to ensure optimal performance and high-quality service delivery
• Collaborate with other managers to align operational goals with business objectives
• Oversee inventory, supply chain, and resource management to ensure operations run seamlessly
• Implement best practices for risk management, safety, and compliance across operations
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Manage budgets and cost-control measures to maintain operational efficiency
• Provide regular reports on operational performance to senior leadership and recommend improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related role
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate teams
• Strong knowledge of process optimization, performance metrics, and continuous improvement

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work well under pressure and make decisions in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
