Job Description

Hilton Garden Inn Allentown Bethlehem Airport is searching for self-motivated associates for the position of Night Auditor.

Though this is a primary overnight position, you may be asked to working during the day for training. WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS ARE MANDATORY!

Daily responsibilities (but not limited to): 
  • Checking guests in and out.
  • Answering phones.
  • Making reservations.
  • Balancing the day's transactions.
  • Responding to guests' needs/requests/questions.
  • Providing excellent customer service 100% of the time.


Skills/Qualities Required: 

  • Very upbeat friendly personality.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Computer literate.
  • Quick Learner.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience in working in customer service.
  • Reliable Transportation.
  • Excellent work ethic and stable past job history.

Frequent call offs and request offs will not be tolerated. As a 24 hour business, we must have staff on property. A staff member that is frequently tardy or absent can hinder our ability to give our guests the excellent customer service that they expect from any Hilton property. As new hires must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
