REQUIREMENTS
Qualified applicants will have top law school credentials and IP/patent litigation experience. Undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering or similar degrees are highly preferred, as is CAFC clerkship experience. Experience with PTAB disputes also a plus.
