We are seeking a Graphic Arts Intern to revolutionize our new hire training materials using the latest AI-driven design tools. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to create high-impact training manuals, interactive guides, and visual content to enhance employee onboarding—similar to industry-leading models structured new hire training manuals.

Key Responsibilities
• Utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly) to design visually compelling new hire training manuals, infographics, and digital learning materials.
• Develop interactive, print, and digital training content optimized for ease of learning and retention.
• Work closely with HR and Training teams to align materials with company branding and instructional goals.
• Integrate adult learning principles to create engaging, user-friendly training content that enhances knowledge retention.
• Support LMS content creation and formatting for seamless integration into Schoox and UKG
• Explore AI-enhanced design automation for efficiency in content updates and personalization.
• Assist in developing multimedia training elements, including AI-generated videos and animations.

Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Digital Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-powered design platforms.
• Strong visual storytelling ability with an understanding of training content aesthetics.
• Interest in AI and automation in design—prior experience with AI-generated design tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams.
