JOB DESCRIPTION: Front Desk / Mailroom CLERK 

DETAILS

• Job Locations: Brownsville
• Hours of Operation: Monday – Saturday  (schedule may vary)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain general filing for all files
• Stamp all mail received, note on shared document, scan into shared drive, and forward the documents to handling adjuster
• Review all mail, placed on a shared drive, note on shared drive
• Receive and Log Certified Mail and noting on system
• Sending out Certified Mail and  noting on system
• Assist company to create a paperless environment
• Mail- out checks to correct address
• Responsible for picking up mail at the post office and delivering mail
• Responsible of maintaining storage room clean and organized
• Distribution of mail to appropriate Departments

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma Required
• Good driving record Required
• Active TX Driver’s License Required
• Proof of Insurance Required
• Self-starter with good analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Computer skills (Word/ Excel ) 

Required: High school diploma; no experience required.
