The Day-to-Day

You will train to operate sophisticated extrusion equipment, transforming raw materials into superior plastic parts, ensuring the highest standards and output.

Shift Patterns

Decide between the convenient shifts that best fit your lifestyle:

• 3:45 pm to 12:00 am
• 11:45 pm to 8:00 am

What You will Do

• Independently manage extrusion on minimal oversight.
• Accurately handle and read measuring devices.
• Document production activities in process sheets and repair logs.
• Generate barcodes and ensure parts are properly labeled.
• Monitor and input production stats and events digitally.
• Efficiently sort and process scrap materials.
• Operate grinding machines adeptly.
• Prepare material mixes accurately for production needs.
• Ensure the maintenance of top-tier quality standards.
• Foster teamwork with all organizational members.
• Keep the working environment safe.

Additional Responsibilities

• Operate hi-lo vehicles safely.
• Be flexible for overtime or weekend work requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workplace.

Essential Skills

Your past experience should include:

• Mathematical comprehension (including fractions and decimals).
• Foundational knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Capability to interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of basic run and drying temperatures.
• At least one year in manufacturing, plastic expertise is favorable.
• Mechanical proficiency preferred.

Educational Requirements

Holding a high school diploma or GED is necessary while experience in plastics, SPC, and blueprint reading is advantageous.

All candidates must successfully pass a physical, drug screen, and background check.
