Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Customer Service Representatives to join our team and make a positive impact in the mortgage industry. As a part of our team, you will engage with lenders, banking institutions, and consumers to provide important information regarding HUD FHA and reverse mortgages. Your role will be key to helping individuals navigate these services with ease and confidence.

This is a full-time, in-office position with shifts from 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM. All applicants must be able to pass a standard background and credit check, along with a drug screen.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer calls from lenders, financial institutions, and consumers regarding HUD FHA and reverse mortgage products.
Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all communications.
Utilize various customer relationship management (CRM) tools to assist customers.
Assist with other duties as assigned in support of the team and the company.

Basic Qualifications:

At least two years of experience in FHA loan origination (loan processor, underwriter, loan officer) OR three years of experience with conventional or other government-backed loans (FHA, USDA, VA).
Minimum of one year of experience in customer service or working in a call center environment.
Two to four years of college education or equivalent work experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate CRM tools, websites, and related support tools.
Ability to type at least 35 words per minute and manage time effectively.
Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time, depending on business needs.

Desired Qualifications:

Previous mortgage origination experience is a plus!
