Job Description

Construction Litigation Assistant – 100% Remote (Must Reside in FL)

Salary: $55,000–$65,000
Location: Fully remote, but candidate must live in Florida

Are you an experienced litigation assistant looking for the flexibility of working from home? We're partnering with a highly respected law firm seeking a Construction Litigation Assistant with at least 5 years of experience in both state and federal court procedures.

Responsibilities include:
Preparing, filing, and managing pleadings
Managing schedules and deadlines
Supporting attorneys with trial prep
Working collaboratively within a remote legal team

Qualifications:
5+ years in a legal secretary or litigation assistant role
Strong written and verbal communication
Proven multitasking and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently
