Client is seeking a Compliance Policy Manager to join our Compliance Department (Team Quest). This individual will play a central role in shaping the compliance policy landscape across Client by creating, reviewing, maintaining, and communicating company-wide compliance documents including policies, handbooks, job aids, and the Code of Conduct.

Key Responsibilities Policy ManagementLead the end-to-end process for drafting, reviewing, revising, and maintaining compliance policies, handbooks, job aids, and the Code of Conduct.
Manage annual and ad hoc policy reviews, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with regulations and operational readiness.
Identify and address gaps or inconsistencies in existing policies; recommend updates based on data trends and stakeholder input.
Act as system administrator for PolicyHub (by Mitratech); maintain documentation, provide training, and liaise with the vendor as needed.
Provide expert guidance and quality assurance reviews related to compliance inquiries and question line responses.
Represent Compliance in internal committees, offering clear and practical compliance guidance as needed.
Monitor implementation and effectiveness of key compliance policies.
Lead and support special compliance projects; develop and execute project plans to meet goals and deadlines.
Cross-train and assist teammates with committee work and question line duties.
Support policy-related compliance education and training initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree (required)
Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance and/or healthcare, ideally in a policy-focused role
Proven expertise in drafting and reviewing compliance policies
Strong project management skills with a high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
Intermediate proficiency with PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Smartsheet
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
Master's Degree or JD
Experience with PolicyHub (Mitratech)
Familiarity with compliance oversight and operationalization within healthcare or regulated industries
