Job Description
Reboot Staff is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team in Miami. This position plays a vital role in developing internal and external communications strategies, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring clear messaging across departments. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a strategic mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-paced and professional environment.
Responsibilities
Draft and distribute internal communications such as newsletters, announcements, and updates.
Support executive leadership in preparing communication materials, presentations, and talking points.
Assist in the creation and proofreading of written materials for campaigns, press releases, and corporate messaging.
Coordinate company-wide communications initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain and update communication protocols and internal communication tools.
Ensure all communications align with Reboot Staff’s mission and tone of voice.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline messaging and foster transparency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications or administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
