Certificate must contain all of the following: Name of person tested Gross words per minute Net words per minute Duration of test ( 5 minutes) Number of actual errors (not percentage) Name of testing agency Date of test Verifier's signature Typing certificates obtained online will not be accepted. Acceptable testing centers are College/University Test Centers, Employment Agencies, Manteca Adult School.
